Each product comes in a variety of stock and finish options, however not all stocks and finishes are available for all products.

70 lb premium opaque - best for letterhead, envelopes, and notepads
80 lb gloss book - used for flyers, brochures, booklets
100 lb gloss book - most popular for flyers, brochures, booklets, calendars
100 lb gloss cover - cover for booklets & catalogs, thick for flyers & brochures, thin for business cards, postcards, presentation folders
14 pt - specialty stocks - uncoated, pearl metallic, natural - business cards, postcards, packaging
16 pt - most popular for business cards, postcards, invitations, presentation folders, packaging
18 pt C1S - front side coated, back side uncoated; hang tags, boxes, postcards, business cards, packaging

Uncoated (14 pt) - no coating added
Natural (14 pt) - off white color, uncoated
Pearl Metallic (14 pt) - pearl shimmer
StarLustre (10 pt) - silvery subtle glimmer, ultra smooth surface
EndruACE (10 pt) - water proof, tear resistant
Black EDGE (32 pt) - black core between two layers of white stock
Linen (100 lb cover & 70 lb text) - linen textured
Stickers (70 lb) - adhesive on back, split liner, indoor use
Bumper Stickers (4 mil) - white vinyl, permanent adhesive on back, outdoor use
Roll Labels - several stocks available; all shapes have 1/8" rounded corners

Semi-Gloss Paper (55 lb, 3.2 mil) - budget friendly, not resistant to oil or water, indoor use
White or Clear BOPP (2.3 mil) - oil and water resistant, indoor use
Bright Silver Metallic (2 mil) - mirror-like, heat and chemical resistant, indoor use
Eggshell Felt (70 lb, 6.3 mil) - distinct texture, 30% post consumer waste content, indoor use

Magnet (17 pt) - magnet on back
Plastic (20 pt) - white, frost, and clear - used for business cards and social cards
4D Lenticular (21 pt) - two or three images with swapping effect as product is tilted

Finishes

UV gloss - gloss coating, unable to handwrite on this coating
Matte - dull aqueous coating
Aqueous - used to protect and enhance the printed piece - usually used on flyers, brochures, booklets
Uncoated - no coating added
Satin - satin aqueous coating; luxurious, satin finish
Spot UV - gloss coating on portions of the artwork with the rest matte
Raised Spot UV - Noticeably raised spot UV on suede laminated print
Akuafoil - foil-like finish in a wide range of CMYK colors, add UV gloss for higher shine
Foil Worx - gold, silver, or copper foil
Lamination - film placed over print to help with durability, water resistance and tear resistance
Luster - high gloss lamination, making 16 pt stock 22 pt thick - extra durable, water resistant
Silk - matte lamination, silky smooth to the touch, water and tear resistant
Suede - matte lamination, soft velvet to the touch, making 16 pt stock 19 pt thick

Additional Terms and Options

Scoring - crease applied in a straight line to assist with folding
Folding - item is folded prior to shipping; half-fold and tri-fold are the most popular, other options available
Perforation - series of holes in a straight line so that paper can be torn easily
Round Corner - some products have the option for round corners
Die Cutting - specific shape cut by a metal blade
Full Bleed - printing that goes to the edge of all four sides of the page
Saddle Stitching - binding method where folded pages are stitched through the fold with wire stapling
Variable Data - data that changes on each printed page, for example event tickets with variable numbering
Direct Mail Service - client supplies the mailing list, we print, sort, and deliver to the post office
EDDM - Every Door Direct Mail a USPS program allows for promotions mailed to a targeted area

Outdoor Banners

13 oz Scrim Vinyl - specifically intended for outdoor use, durable, waterproof
8 oz Mesh - light weight mesh allows 37% air-flow, ideal for windy outdoor environments

Indoor Banners

10 mil Premium Vinyl - thin, polypropylene, smooth matte finish; not scuff resistant or waterproof
15 oz Blockout Vinyl - smooth surface allows for print detail, opaque, low curl

Signs

Polyboard Yard Sign (24 pt) - 22" x 28" scored in half to be folded to 22" x 14", use with U-frame; recommended for short-term use
Coroplast (4 mm) - corrugated flute structure, use with H-stakes; print will have subtle linear effect (faint lines) due to flutes
Coroplast (10 mm) - more durable than 4 mm; oils, solvents, and water have not effect on coroplast
Foamcore (3/16") - delicate material, best for one time use, tends to wilt over time, not waterproof
PVC (3 mm) - smooth, bright white rigid plastic, lightweight, very durable and weather resistant, matte, high print quality
Acrylic (1/4") - clear, glass-like brilliance and translucence, lighter and more durable than glass, weather resistant

Posters

Photo gloss (8 mil) - photo quality glossy material, delicate, not scuff resistant or waterproof
Poster board (12 pt) - opaque

Set-Up Charges

Most print products do not have a set-up charge. There will be a set-up charge when a custom metal die is required for die cutting or debossing.

Production Time

Most print products have a standard production time of 2-4 days. A few products, like business cards, have a 2 day production time. Specialty items have a 5-7 day production time. Many items have optional rush service for an additional charge.

Shipping

Suppliers are located throughout the United States. Shipping time can range from next business day to 7 business days. Often cost estimates for shipping are given, however the actual amount of shipping will be invoiced.

In-Hands Date

The in-hands date is the date the product is received by the client. Both production time and shipping time are factors that determine the in-hands date. The date an item is needed will impact if rush services or expedited shipping is required.
